"Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, let your mind dwell on these things." Philippians 3:8 New American Standard Bible

These are so gorgeous I can almost smell them!
Your roses are so lovely. This has been the best year ever for our roses. We have had a lot of rain so they were profuse!
Mmmmm! Looks like it would smell great!
Rose the queens of summer and the garden... Yours are lovely! :O)
Roses, roses all the way...
I can almost smell them!
I love roses. Very nice! :o)
SO pretty - I have a bush out by the garage, but it doesn't look anywhere near like this. Do you use anything to keep the bugs away? The leaves on mine are awfully eaten up :( Yours are just beautiful!
Yes, Susan, I use Bayer 2-in-1 Systemic Rose & Flower Care Granules. It is a blue jug-type thing, and it is $10 at WalMart for I think 5 pounds. It is granules that you shake a capful around each rose bush every 6 weeks and it fertilizes and also kills pests. As you can see, it works really well!
It's good to have a little visit with you today. I like your roses better than your bugs. But my husband just yesterday had a bug on his hand & went in and got the magnifying glass to marvel at the intricacy. Birds of a feather! Hope your roses aren't burned up in this roasting heat.
Hi Tracie ~~ Your roses are beautiful
and look so healthy. Congratullations
on getting them to do so well.
I was interested to hear that you had seen a movie about Irena Sendler
Glad you liked Van Gogh's relatives.
There are some smart people out there thinking up all these things.
Take care, Love, Merle.
